20 May 2024 - PHOENIX 7 looks back on a successful basketball campaign in its maiden season with Maltese team, Fusion Basketball.

In the summer of 2023, the marketing team at PHOENIX 7 in Malta embarked on an exciting new initiative to promote health and well-being through sports. For the first time, we sponsored a local basketball team, aiming to support athleticism, community spirit, and overall wellness.

The season has been a resounding success, culminating in the team winning their first-ever league championship with a clean sweep in the finals. This victory not only brought home the title but also earned the team the right to compete in Malta's top tier next season.
