❓ What motivated you to pursue a career in the iGaming industry, and what are your thoughts on the field nowadays?

💬  I was initially drawn to the iGaming industry because of its dynamic nature and the opportunity to work in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The mix of technology, entertainment and customer engagement really appealed to me. Today, the industry continues to grow at an incredible pace, with innovations like gamification, blockchain and AI shaping its future. It’s a fascinating field with immense potential for creativity and growth. So happy i made this decision 10 years ago.

❓ How do you remain focused and motivated, considering how fast-paced the iGaming industry is?

💬  Staying focused in this industry requires a clear vision and a passion for staying ahead of trends. I prioritise continuous learning, whether it’s about new technologies or market trends. I also make a conscious effort to balance my workload with personal well-being, ensuring I stay motivated and energised. Setting achievable goals and celebrating wins, no matter how small also keeps me driven.

❓ Favourite memory in your career thus far?

💬  One of my favourite memories was landing a major client after months of negotiations. It was a team effort and seeing the deal come to fruition was incredibly rewarding. Beyond that, attending international gaming expos and meeting industry leaders have been inspiring moments that reaffirm my love for this field.

❓ Advice for people looking to pursue a career similar to yours?

💬  My advice would be to immerse yourself in the industry. Stay curious, network as much as you can and never stop learning. The iGaming sector values creativity and adaptability, so showing initiative and being open to challenges will set you apart. Finally, develop a solid understanding of the products and customer needs—they’re at the core of every successful story.

❓ Tell us something about Nvard that we don’t know. Favourite hobbies, foods, music and so on?

💬  Outside of work, I’m a big fan of hiking and exploring nature—it’s my way of unwinding. I also have a passion for cooking and trying out different cuisines, with Italian food being a favourite. When it comes to music, I enjoy a mix of genres.
